1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, contracts, offers, and services of Eli & Natan Photography. By making a verbal or written booking of a photographic service, these conditions are deemed accepted.

2. Conclusion of contract & reservation of date
The contract is considered binding as soon as it has been concluded in writing (e.g. by signed contract, email confirmation) or verbally – e.g. by agreement via telephone, Zoom, or personal meeting.

From the moment of verbal agreement, the cancellation conditions according to point 6 come into effect, even if the deposit has not yet been paid. However, the photographers are only obliged to carry out the assignment and fix the date once the agreed deposit has been received on time.

3. Services
The scope of services is defined in the offer or contract. The photographic and artistic execution is carried out in the style of Eli & Natan Photography. The selection and editing of images are at the sole discretion of the photographers. There is no entitlement to a specific number or selection of images.

4. Prices & payment
Prices are stated in CHF. Standard regulation:
Deposit: 50% upon conclusion of contract (due within 14 days)

Remaining amount: payable within 14 days after the wedding day

The delivery of the photos takes place after full payment has been received.

Additional hours: will be charged separately according to the hourly rate agreed in the contract.
Bank details upon request.

5. Travel & expenses
In principle, 50 km from Malters, Lucerne are included. Additional kilometers are charged at CHF 0.95/km. The respective agreement in the contract applies.
Any accommodation and catering costs will be charged for longer assignments in accordance with prior agreement and contract content.

6. Cancellation, termination & postponement
Cancellation by customers:
up to 6 months before the date: 15% of the fee

up to 3 months: 30%

from 3 months: 60%

A lower damage amount can only be claimed by customers if it is clearly proven and fully documented.

Pandemic- or disaster-related postponements:
without additional costs when rescheduled to Mon–Fri

surcharge CHF 300.– for rebooking on a Saturday

If no new date is available, the cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation: In case of complete cancellation, the above staggered regulation also applies.

7. Delivery & retention of title
The images are delivered via a password-protected online gallery, in high-resolution JPG format.

Delivery time: 4–8 weeks after the wedding.

The photos remain the property of the photographers until full payment has been made.

Wedding albums are not included and will be charged individually if ordered separately.

8. Usage & copyright rights
Copyright remains with Eli & Natan Photography.

The photographers may use selected images for promotional purposes (e.g. website, Instagram), unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Customers receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for private, non-commercial purposes.

Commercial use, editing, or transfer to third parties requires written consent.

RAW files or unedited images will not be provided.

9. Data protection & online galleries
Customers’ personal data is treated confidentially.

The online galleries are password-protected and accessible only to the customers and their guests.

10. Complaints
Complaints must be made in writing within 7 days after delivery. After this period, the images are deemed approved.

11. Archiving
The photographers store the final images for at least 12 months. Long-term backup is the responsibility of the customers.

12. Final provisions
Amendments and additions to this contract must be made in writing.

Place of jurisdiction is 6010 Kriens.

Swiss law applies.
